North Grenville, ON – The North Grenville Chamber of Commerce in partnership with the Municipality of North Grenville is hosting the second annual Mayor’s Address event on March 31, 2022.This in-person event will be held in Suite A at the North Grenville Municipal Centre (285 CR44, Kemptville) on Thursday, March 31 from 6:00 – 8:00 pm.
“The Chamber is thrilled to host this in-person event and provide an opportunity for the business community to network with one-another and hear directly from Mayor Nancy Peckford,” said Karen Quigley, Chair of the Chamber of Commerce.
Building on the recently approved Municipal Budget 2022, this event will provide a spotlight on issues of key importance to our community, such as job creation and growth, affordable housing, rural broadband, and rebuilding our local economy post-COVID.
“I am honoured to once again co-host this dynamic event alongside local business owner Tina Murray, and am delighted it will be in-person this year. We encourage members of the community to come out and listen to Mayor Peckford’s reflections and insights, and use this opportunity to reconnect with each other,” added William Pearl, Co-host and member of the Chamber of Commerce.
While COVID restrictions have been lifted, space is still limited for this free event. Interested participants are asked to register for the in-person or virtual event.
